Brand Canvas · More than ads
Brand Canvas.
The on-brand design tool for right now.
Ads and social posts, banners, email headers, Amazon images, product pages, slides and posters. Ask for any of it in one line and pick a size. About a minute or so later it is on your board in your look, with your real logo, fonts and products, and a Legend can work on any of it.
Open to every Ad Legends account. It uses Legend Credits from your plan.

Ads, and everything around them
Every piece your brand needs.
Brand Canvas makes the ad, and everything around it. Every piece starts from the same one-line ask and comes back in your look, with your real logo, fonts and products, at the size its place needs. And a Legend can take any of them.
Social
Ads and social posts
The paid ad, the feed post, the Story, the LinkedIn update. Ask once, then choose Make this size too for every placement: the same idea and words, laid out again for each shape rather than cropped to fit.
Sizes: Square post, Portrait post, Story, Link image and LinkedIn post.
Web and inbox
Banners and email headers
The homepage banner for this week’s sale and the header that opens tomorrow’s email. Wide, short shapes are where words get squeezed, so each one is laid out for its shape, with the words kept clear of your product and the photo’s subject.
Sizes: Banner and Email header.
Amazon
Product and A+ images
The images that sell on a listing: the product image and the A+ modules under it, at Amazon’s own sizes. Your real pack shot goes in as the photo you gave us, never redrawn, so the label a shopper zooms into matches the one on the shelf.
Sizes: Product image, A+ header, Premium A+, Premium A+ mobile and Brand Story hero.
Your own store
DTC site and email images
The product page, the homepage hero and the email that goes to your list. Made in the same look as your ads, so a customer who clicks through lands somewhere that feels like the same brand.
Sizes: Product image, Homepage banner, Email hero and Email image.
Deck and wall
Slides and posters
The title slide for Monday’s pitch and the poster that announces the launch. Big type in your fonts, your look and your real product, at the shape the deck or the wall needs, downloaded at its exact size.
Sizes: Slide and Poster.
Custom
Any size you name
The odd size a partner or a marketplace asks for, or the screen in your store: anything from 200 to 4000 pixels a side. Name it once and it is saved for everyone making pieces for that brand.
Legends on any piece
An agency on tap
for your brand.
Ad Legends brings legendary creative on demand. In Brand Canvas that means a Legend on any piece you make, not only the ads: the email header, the Amazon image, the banner, the slide.
When you ask
Call one in.
Pick a Legend in the ask and they direct the piece: the idea, the words and the picture, staged their way, in your look with your real logo, fonts and products.
On a finished piece
Get their take.
Choose Another Legend on any piece. They take the same ask their way, and their piece lands beside yours, so you can compare and keep the one that works.
Or neither
No Legend.
Your look, as your brand has it. The Legends are there when a piece needs taste, and out of the way when it does not.
Go ahead. Hand it over.
The Legends are licensed digital personas of real advertising giants, in their voice and in character.
Meet the Legends. And Give It to a Legend works on any ad you already have, too.
New in Brand Canvas · In pilot
Not only their idea. Their whole look.
Every Legend on the roster now has a book of looks: how they light a scene, where the words sit, what the photograph does. Pick one and the Legend makes the whole piece in it, as one photograph with your logo and your product.
Ask for it
Make this with a Legend.
Pick a Legend who has looks and the ask switches to their look and their take, or say it in the words. Name a look and you get that one. One tap takes it back to their take in your look, the way it works today.
One photograph
Composed whole.
The scene, the light and the words are made together, as one photograph that fills the frame. No panels, no tiles, no pack shot pasted on top. Your product is photographed into the scene from its own photo, and when your Brand Memory has no photo of it, none is drawn.
Two takes
The cleaner one, first.
Every piece is made twice and checked before you see it: the words read back, the logo found. You get the cleaner take. The other stays one tap away, free.
On any piece
Or hand one over.
Choose Another Legend on a piece you already have and pick their look. The same ask comes back in their look, beside yours. On a piece that Legend made, their own idea and words come with it.
Change it in words, and it stays in their look.
A piece in a Legend’s look takes a few minutes: the photograph is made twice. In pilot now with our first brands, while every book of looks gets its finishing pass.
New in Brand Canvas · 16 October 2026
Paint the idea once. Every size follows.
Ask for a set across your channels with no look picked, and Brand Canvas starts where every good campaign starts: one key visual. You sign off on the master. Every size is made from it.
- 01
One key visual, from your words.
Ask for a set, say a Facebook series for your Halloween sale, and Brand Canvas paints one key visual first. Nothing past it is made, or charged, until you say so.
- 02
Approve it, edit it, or try again.
The key visual lands on the canvas as the master. Change it in words, paint it again from the same ask, or approve it and make all the sizes.
- 03
It learns the look.
Brand Canvas learns a look from your key visual in about half a minute, saves it to My looks, and dresses this canvas in it.
- 04
Every size, designed and editable.
Each size comes back as a designed piece in that look, carrying the key visual’s words, its products and its logo corner. Move and retype any of it by hand.
Pick a Legend in the ask and they shape the key visual. The sizes follow the master you approved, so the set reads as one campaign.
In our own test across three briefs, sets made in the look learned from the key visual beat our house looks on all 9 sizes, judged blind in both orders, and every picture was checked by hand.
The Lookbook
Every look, one click away.
One place on every canvas for your looks: this canvas’s look, My looks, your brand’s looks and the house looks, each one click to wear. Learn a new look from any picture, and share one with your brand when it earns it.
My looks
Yours until you share it.
A look you learn is yours. Nobody else on the brand sees it, editors included, until you share it with the brand. Then everyone on it can wear it.
A look per canvas
Two campaigns, two looks.
Each canvas wears its own look. One teammate’s Halloween campaign and another’s Amazon tiles dress differently on the same brand, side by side, and neither changes the other.
Colours and type
The picture’s palette, carried.
A look learned from a picture keeps its colours and its headline’s character: the case, the weight, the width, the glow. Want your brand’s own? One tap on Use brand colours and fonts.
The real logo
Your logo file, kept.
Your real logo file is placed by code and stays put through every edit. On a Freestyle picture, a change to the logo alone is free and repaints nothing.
Make it editable
A picture, in layers.
Make it editable splits a Freestyle picture into layers. Then move, resize or remove its words and graphics in Edit by hand, and keep the rest exactly as it is.
Rebuilt · 8 October 2026
Rebuilt around the brands using it.
We rebuilt the canvas around what its first brands told us. Your work fills the screen, the ask does more of the setting up, and an ad you love can come in as a starting point.
One screen
The canvas, edge to edge.
Your pieces fill the window, with the ask in a bar along the bottom and the tools beside the piece you pick. Prefer it framed in the page? Switch to Page view and back anytime, on a light or a dark canvas.
Say it in the ask
The ask sets it up.
Type the sizes you need, a Legend by name or the look you want, and the controls set themselves as you pause. Ask for several sizes and each comes back as its own piece. Every control is still yours to change.
From Fast Ads
Start from an ad you love.
Choose Open in Brand Canvas on an ad in Fast Ads. It lands on a new canvas exactly as it was made, with the words and products it was made from as its ask, ready for more sizes, a Legend, or more like it.
Drop it in
Pictures from anywhere.
Drag a picture in from your desktop or another website. On the canvas it lands as your own ad. On the ask it becomes reference art for your next piece. In the Lookbook, it is the picture a look is learned from.
Every control
Your own ad, in any size.
An ad you bring in now gets what a new piece gets. Another size recrafts it for the new shape, keeping your photo and your words, in several sizes at once. Hand it to a Legend, or try it in another look.
Learn this look
Love it? Make it your look.
Learn this look sits on every piece. It learns the look of the version in front of you, whatever made it, and your new pieces wear it. It is free and takes about half a minute.
How it plays out
The ask lands at 4:40.
Thursday, 4:40 in the afternoon. The weekend promo just got approved and it starts tomorrow: 20% off the Maple Pecan granola, in Story, Slide and Square, plus the header for tomorrow morning’s email and a new image for the Amazon listing. The designer is out until Monday.
- 4:41
One line.
“Weekend promo: 20% off Maple Pecan granola, ends Sunday.”
You type it the way you would say it, and pick Story. About a minute or so later the piece is on the board: the real logo, the brand’s own fonts, the real bag, in the brand’s look.
- 4:44
Make this size too.
You ask for Slide and Square, then Email header, then the Amazon A+ header. Each comes back as the same idea and the same words, laid out again for its shape with a photograph made for it. Not a crop. Each lands beside the first.
- 4:50
Hand it to a Legend.
The email header is fine. Fine is not the point. You hand it to a Legend, who takes the same ask their way, with their own idea and their own words, and their piece lands beside yours. You keep the one that sells.
- 4:56
Edit by hand.
On the Amazon image the price sits a touch close to the bag. You drag it, nudge it with the arrow keys, and save it as a version. No ticket, no waiting for Monday.
- 5:02
Out the door.
Social, email and Amazon, every piece downloaded at its exact size. Every earlier version is still there if anyone asks.
You knew what you needed. You had it before five.
Fernway Granola is a made-up brand, and the times are an illustration. A piece takes about a minute or so to make.
One line in, three sizes out
One idea. Three shapes.
The ask: “Weekend promo: 20% off Maple Pecan granola, ends Sunday.” Story first, then Make this size too for Square and Slide.
Layout sketches for now: the real, unedited pieces for our demo brand go here. Each size keeps the idea and the words and is laid out again for its shape.
Brand Canvas, defined
What is an on-brand design tool?
An on-brand design tool makes marketing pieces that already follow your brand: your logo, fonts, colors and products, in your look, at the size you need, without a blank page or someone else’s template. Brand Canvas is the on-brand design tool from Ad Legends.
It reads your Brand Memory, the brand kit Ad Legends keeps for you: logos, fonts, colors, products and imagery rules. It wears a look learned from your own ads. And it places your real files by code, so the parts that make you recognizable are never redrawn.
It makes every kind of piece a brand puts out, from the ad to the email header, the banner and the Amazon image. It is built for the ask you already understand. When you are still working out what the ad should say, start in Fast Ads instead.
On any piece
Change it, size it, hand it over, or grab it.
Edit
Change it in words.
Say what should change: a shorter headline, the logo at the top. It comes back as the piece’s next version.
Another size
Make this size too.
The same idea and words, laid out again for the new shape with a photograph made for it, as a new piece beside the first. Not a crop.
Another Legend
Hand it to a Legend.
The same ask from another Legend’s point of view, as a new piece beside yours, so you can compare.
Another look
Try another look.
The same ask in another of your looks, or the same look worn more lightly.
Edit by hand
Grab it and move it.
Select, drag, resize, turn, retype or delete, Canva-style, then save it as a version. Editing by hand is free.
Versions
Go back anytime.
Every change is kept as a version. Make any earlier one the current version again.
Learn this look
Make it your look.
Learn the look of the version in front of you, whatever made it, and your new pieces wear it. Free, in about half a minute.
More ways in
Or start from what you have.
Keep this ad
Change one thing.
Drop an ad you already have on the canvas, or open one from Fast Ads. It lands as Your original, exactly as it is, then only what you ask changes: your current logo, a different product, a new price, or something taken out.
Reference art
Show it the look.
Drop up to six images whose look you want on the ask: your ads, a page you love, a picture from another website, or a finished piece dragged straight off the board.
Freestyle
Any picture at all.
A scene, a character or a base image, without your brand’s rules. It lands on the same canvas, and a Legend or your reference art can steer it.
The rule we don’t bend
Your logo. Your fonts. Your product. Placed by code.
Image models misspell words, warp logos and redraw packs. So for a piece in your look, Brand Canvas never asks one to draw them. It asks for the picture with no words, no logos and no products in it.
Then code does the rest. It places your real logo file whole, on top and untouched. It sets every word as type in your brand’s own fonts, so the words are never garbled. And it sets your real product photo into the scene, cut out, with its shadow.
Every piece is measured before you see it. Are the words big enough, and clear against what is behind them? Is anything sitting over the product or the photo’s subject? Is the logo whole, clear and inside the margin? What the check finds goes back for a fix, and anything still off comes to you as a note on the piece, never hidden.
Freestyle is the exception, on purpose: it makes any picture you ask for, without these rules and without the check.
Unslop Your Ads
Unslop everything you make.
AI slop is the garbled word, the warped logo, the redrawn pack, and the ad that looks like every other ad. Unslop Your Ads is our campaign to get it out of advertising. Brand Canvas is how a brand gets it out of everything it makes, from the ad to the email header and the Amazon image.
The broken parts are handled by code: it places your real logo, sets every word in your fonts, seats your real product and checks every piece before you see it. The sameness is handled by taste.
AI was trained on the average and taught to follow instructions. Nobody trained it on taste. That is the part a Legend brings, on any piece you make.
Your look
Learned from your own ads.
Brand Canvas learns a look from your brand’s own ads in Ad Legends, from a picture you drop in, or from any piece you love. A look you learn is saved to My looks and worn by the canvas you learned it on. Share it and it joins your brand’s looks. Then choose a look for each piece, or for the whole canvas in the Lookbook.
Wear it Full, with every part of the look, layout included. Balanced, which adds the look’s light and photography. Or Light: your colors, type and logo only.
No look yet? It uses the studio’s house looks: crafted looks in your colors and logo, varied piece to piece.
How it works
Ask. Pick a size.
Keep changing it.
- 01
Ask in one line.
Say what you need the way you would say it to a designer, with the sizes or a Legend in it if you like. Add reference art, or an ad of yours to keep, if you have one.
- 02
Pick a size.
Or let the ask pick it. Social, banner, email, Amazon, store, slide or poster, or any custom size. Your brand’s saved sizes are there too.
- 03
Keep changing it.
In words, in another size, with a Legend, in another look or by hand. Download any piece as PNG or JPG at its exact size.

Brand Canvas questions.
How do I make sure an AI design tool uses my brand fonts?
Give it your font files, and make sure the words are set as type instead of drawn by an image model. Brand Canvas sets every word in your brand’s own fonts from your Brand Memory, as real type over the picture. A brand with no font files gets a house type pair until you add yours.
Which AI design tools keep ads on-brand?
The ones that place your real assets instead of asking a model to redraw them. Brand Canvas places your real logo and product photos by code, sets the words in your fonts, wears a look learned from your own ads, and measures every piece before you see it.
Can I make ads with my brand kit?
Yes. In Ad Legends your brand kit lives in Brand Memory: logos, fonts, colors, products and imagery rules. Brand Canvas reads it for every piece in your look, so you never upload it again for each design.
Is Brand Canvas only for ads?
No. It makes the pieces around the ads too: social posts, banners, email headers, Amazon product and A+ images, product-page and homepage images for your own store, slides, posters and any custom size. Every one comes back in your look with your real logo, fonts and products, and a Legend can work on any of them.
What sizes can Brand Canvas make?
Square post, Portrait post, Story, Link image, LinkedIn post, Slide, Email header, Banner and Poster. For Amazon: Product image, A+ header, Premium A+, Premium A+ mobile and Brand Story hero. For your own store: Product image, Homepage banner, Email hero and Email image. And any custom size from 200 to 4000 pixels a side. Name a custom size and it is saved for everyone making pieces for that brand.
Does making another size crop my design?
No. Make this size too keeps the idea and the words and lays them out again for the new shape, with a photograph made for that shape, as a new piece beside the first. If the piece was built on your own photo, it fits that photo to the new shape and adds a note about the crop.
Can a Legend work on my piece?
Yes, on any piece you make, from an ad to an email header or an Amazon image. Pick a Legend when you ask and the piece is directed from their point of view, in your look. Or hand any finished piece to another Legend for their take on the same ask, as a new piece beside yours. The Legends are licensed digital personas of real advertising giants, in their voice and in character.
Can a Legend make the whole piece in their own look?
Yes, in pilot now with our first brands. Every Legend on the roster has a book of looks. Pick a Legend who has one, or ask for them by name, and they make the whole piece in one of their looks: one photograph with your logo and your product, made twice, with the cleaner take shown and the other one tap away. Or choose Another Legend on any piece and pick their look. The Legends are licensed digital personas of real advertising giants, in their voice and in character.
Is Brand Canvas like having an agency on tap?
In one way, yes: legendary creative on demand, for anything your brand makes. Call in a Legend when you ask, or hand them a finished piece, and their version lands on your board in about a minute or so. You choose what ships. The Legends are licensed digital personas of real advertising giants, in their voice and in character.
Can I edit a piece myself?
Yes. Edit by hand lets you select, drag, resize, turn, retype or delete any part, then save it as a version. It is free and works on a larger screen. Your logo and product photos stay the real files: there is nothing in them to retype.
Can I change an ad I already have?
Yes. Drop it in and choose Keep this ad. It lands on the canvas exactly as it is, as Your original, and then only what you ask changes: swap in your current logo, swap a product for its real photo, change a price, or take something out. It gets every other control too: another size, recrafted for the new shape with your photo and words kept, another Legend or another look.
Can I bring in an ad I made in Fast Ads?
Yes. Choose Open in Brand Canvas on the ad in Fast Ads. A new canvas opens with the ad on it exactly as it was made, and the words and products it was made from as its ask, so you can make it in more sizes, hand it to a Legend, or make more like it. Bringing it in is free.
Can I drag in a picture from my desktop or another website?
Yes. Drop it on the canvas and it lands as your own ad, ready to work on. Drop it on the ask and it is reference art for your next piece, or drop it on Your look to learn a look from it. If a website will not share its picture, save the picture and drop the file.
Can I ask for several sizes at once?
Yes. Name them in the ask, such as Story and Square, or a custom size like 1080 by 1350, and the size control sets itself as you pause. Each size comes back as its own piece, side by side. You can change what it picked before you send.
What is a key visual in Brand Canvas?
It is the one picture a set is made from. Ask for several sizes with no look picked and Brand Canvas paints one key visual from your words first. You approve it, edit it or paint it again. Then it learns a look from it and makes every size as a designed, editable piece in that look, with the key visual’s words, products and logo corner. Nothing past the key visual is made until you approve it.
Can I keep a look to myself?
Yes. A look you learn is saved to My looks, and nobody else on the brand sees it, editors included, until you share it with the brand. Shared, it joins the brand’s looks for everyone. Every look you can use sits in the Lookbook on each canvas.
Can two canvases on one brand wear different looks?
Yes. Each canvas wears its own look, picked in its Lookbook or learned there. One teammate’s Halloween campaign and another’s Amazon tiles can dress differently on the same brand. A canvas with no look of its own wears the brand’s default.
Does a learned look keep the colours of the picture it came from?
Yes. It carries the picture’s palette and its headline’s character: the case, the weight, the width and the glow. To wear the look in your brand’s own colours and fonts instead, choose Use brand colours and fonts in the Lookbook, and switch back anytime.
What is Freestyle?
Freestyle makes any picture you ask for, such as a scene, a character or a base image, without your brand’s look or rules. It lands on the same canvas. Because it is free of the rules, it does not place your real logo or fonts and is not checked like a piece in your look.
How long does a piece take?
About a minute or so. Reference art adds a little more. You can keep working while it makes; it lands on the board when it is done, and everything you make is saved in your canvases.
How do I get Brand Canvas?
Sign up for Ad Legends, or sign in, and open Brand Canvas. It is open to every Ad Legends account, for the brands that account can use. Pieces in your look need a brand set up; without one, a canvas makes Freestyle pictures. It uses Legend Credits from your plan, and editing by hand and learning a look are free.
