- Ask your AI for an ad.
- It will be fine.
- It will also be the ad your competitor got this morning.
- The same brief, four AI models. The brief: a personal injury law firm in Houston. You pay nothing unless we win.
- Model A: "Injured in Houston? Pay Nothing Unless We Win." Models B, C and D: "Injured in Houston? You Pay Nothing Unless We Win."
- 21 of 50 briefs where two different AI models wrote essentially the same headline. The Ad Legends study of 400 AI ads, September 2026.
- Nobody told them who you are, what you're up against, or which idea to kill.
- So we plugged it in.
- Ad Legends now works inside ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Grok Bot, Muse, Cursor and Codex, and any other app that speaks MCP.
- You ask: "Build my Brand Memory from acme.com." Brand Memory: voice, audience, offer, look.
- You ask: "Give me strategies for our spring launch." Ad Strategist: three strategic angles. Pick one. It becomes the brief.
- You ask: "Run an Idea Session on that brief." Idea Session: Cheryl Berman, Chuck Porter, Jimmy Smith and Lisa Bennett. The Legends pitch the ideas.
- You ask: "Make Fast Ads from idea two." Fast Ads: finished and on brand. Revise it. Resize it. Animate it.
- You ask: "Make me the Meta kit." Meta ad kit: one of seven platform ad kits. LinkedIn, Google Search, YouTube, TikTok, X, ChatGPT, Meta. Built to each platform's current specs.
- Your AI already knows how to write.
- About 200 tools behind one address: adlegends.ai/api/mcp/brands.
- It never buys media. It never publishes a post. A person signs off.
- Ad Legends. Give it a brand, a strategy and a room full of Legends. Plug it in: adlegends.ai/mcp.
Plug Ad Legends into ChatGPT, Claude, or your favorite AI agent.
Your AI can write anything. Now it can make ads that don't look like everyone else's.

Ask your AI tool for an ad and you'll have one in seconds. It will be fine. It will also be the ad your competitor got this morning.
That isn't a guess. In September we gave four of the leading AI models the same 50 small-business briefs and asked for 400 Facebook ads. On 21 of the 50 briefs, two different models wrote essentially the same headline. Almost two thirds of all the headlines were the brief, reworded. (The full study is here, with the data.)
The models aren't broken. They do exactly what they're told, and that's the trouble. Nobody told them who you are, what you're up against, or which idea to kill. That part is the job of a great agency, and it's what Ad Legends does.
So we plugged it in. Ad Legends now works inside ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Grok Bot, Muse, Cursor, Codex and any other app that speaks MCP. The chat you already have open can now learn your brand, build a real strategy, write the brief, put the idea in front of the Legends, and hand back finished ads. You ask in plain English. Ad Legends does the work.
The short version
- What's new: Ad Legends works inside ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Grok Bot, Muse, Cursor, Codex and other MCP clients.
- What your AI gets: your Brand Memory, a strategist, a brief writer, the Legends' ideas and judgment, Fast Ads and seven platform ad kits. About 200 tools in all, and your AI picks them for you.
- How it connects: one address,
https://www.adlegends.ai/api/mcp/brands, and a sign-in to your Ad Legends account. No key to paste. - What stays with you: it never buys media and never publishes a post. A person signs off.
- Try it: start a fresh chat and type "Show my Ad Legends brands."
What changes when your AI has Ad Legends behind it
Your AI on its own is a gifted generalist with no context. It has never seen your website, read your brand guidelines or sat in your last campaign review. Every chat starts from zero, so every ad starts from the average.
Plug in Ad Legends and three things change.
It knows your brand. Brand Memory holds your voice, your audience, your logos, your fonts and your rules. Every ad starts there, not from a blank prompt.
It thinks before it writes. Our study found the fix starts in the brief. When we changed what we asked for, the share of ads with an obvious AI tell fell from 71% to 2%. Ad Legends writes that brief for you, from a strategy you chose.
It has taste on call. The Legends are our roster of creative minds, built on the craft of the people who sold sneakers, burgers, beer and real beauty to the whole planet. They pitch ideas against your brief, and the Legend Jury tells you which ones hold up. You stay the client. You just stop being the only one in the room with an opinion.
A session, start to finish
Here's what it looks like in a chat. Each step is something you type. You can stop at any of them.
1. "Build my Brand Memory from acme.com." Ad Legends reads your site and builds your Brand Memory in one call: voice, audience, offer, look. Everything after this starts from it.
2. "Give me strategies for our spring launch." You get three strategic angles from our Ad Strategist, each a different bet on what will move your buyer. Pick one and it becomes a full strategic brief. This is the step most AI ads skip, and it's why they look alike. An ad with no strategy behind it is a guess with a nice font.
3. "Run an Idea Session on that brief." Legends from our roster write campaign ideas against your brief in an Idea Session. Send the ones you like to the Legend Jury for a second opinion before you commit.
4. "Make Fast Ads from idea two." Fast Ads come back finished and on brand. Want your logo exact? TrueCast places your real logo file, pixel for pixel. Revise them in plain words: "the headline runs long" gets you a shorter headline. Ask for other sizes and it resizes them. Ask for motion and it animates them.
5. "Make me the Meta kit." Building for one channel? There are seven platform ad kits, for Meta, LinkedIn, Google Search, YouTube, TikTok, X and ChatGPT, each built to that platform's current specs.
Already have an ad you're not sure about? Give it to a Legend and see what comes back.
That's a web address to finished, on-brand ads, without leaving the chat.
Brand Memory gets better every time you talk to it
If you do one thing in your first week, work on your Brand Memory. Now you can do it from the same chat. Read your guidelines and change them. Swap in the right logo. Set your fonts. Bring in a design system, or export one when you need it somewhere else. If your design system lives in Claude Design, here's how to bring it into Ad Legends.
When an ad comes back wrong, ask one question: is it this ad, or the rule behind it? If it's the ad, ask for a revision. If it's the rule, fix it right there, and every ad after that starts from a better place. Your first draft of a brand doesn't have to be your last.
Put your creative on a schedule
This is where having Ad Legends inside an agent stops being convenient and starts being a different way to work.
The Legend Loop takes a goal and runs with it. Tell it what you're after and it works through the strategy and the brief on its own, then hands you finished Fast Ads.
And because Ad Legends now lives at an address any agent can call, you can put it on a timer. Point a scheduled agent at it, a Claude Cowork automation or a plain cron job, and wake up to fresh creative for the day's campaigns. Treat the morning batch as work to review, not work to ship blind. Which brings us to the rules.
Media plans recommend. They never buy.
Some decisions belong to a person, and we built the tools that way.
- Media: ask for a media plan and you get a recommendation for where the money should go. It never buys media.
- Social: ask for posts and you get drafts that wait for a person. It never publishes or schedules them.
- Your account: your AI signs in as you, sees only the brands you can see, and can't reach anyone else's.
- Credits: ad generation uses Legend Credits from your account. Ask your AI how many you have left at any time.
About 200 tools, and you don't have to learn one
Behind that one connection sit about 200 tools, with more shipping every week. Beyond what's above, there are tools for video, decks, audiences and focus groups, website blueprints, Art Director images and trend scans.
You don't need to know a single name. Your AI calls get_started first and takes it from there. You talk about the ad you want. It picks the tools.
How to plug it in
For most apps it's two moves: add one address, https://www.adlegends.ai/api/mcp/brands, then sign in to your Ad Legends account and approve access. There's no password or key to paste into the chat.
- ChatGPT: Open Plugins, choose Add, then Add custom MCP server. Pick OAuth and sign in. On a company workspace, an admin may need to allow custom plugins. Full steps: ChatGPT custom MCP setup.
- Claude (web, Desktop and Cowork): Add it as a custom connector and sign in. The free plan allows one custom connector. On Team and Enterprise, an Owner adds it. Claude Code works too. Full steps: Claude MCP setup guide.
- Microsoft 365 Copilot: Your admin adds it once as a connector (details below). Full steps: Microsoft 365 Copilot connector guide.
- Grok Bot: Install Ad Legends from the Cursor Directory plugin and sign in.
- Muse: Ask Meta's Muse app in chat to add Ad Legends as a custom connector, using the address above.
- Cursor: Same Cursor Directory plugin, or click Add to Cursor on our MCP page.
- Codex: In the desktop app, go to Settings, then MCP servers, and add the address as a Streamable HTTP server.
- VS Code, Hermes, OpenClaw and other MCP clients: Add the same address as a custom connector.
Ad Legends isn't listed in ChatGPT's or Claude's public directories yet, so for now you add it yourself as above.
Then start a fresh chat and type: "Show my Ad Legends brands." If your brands come back, you're in.
If your company runs on Microsoft 365
Copilot is the one your admin handles. A Global or AI Administrator adds Ad Legends once as a custom connector in the Microsoft 365 admin center (Copilot, then Connectors, then Create a new connector), using OAuth 2.0. Everyone who uses it needs a Microsoft 365 Copilot license, and a new connector takes about 30 minutes to appear. Ad Legends also supports single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID and other SAML 2.0 providers. The full steps are in the Copilot guide above.
Prefer the app? Keep using it.
If you like working in adlegends.ai, nothing changes. Plugging in your AI is one more door into the same Legends and the same Brand Memory, and the app keeps getting better. We're coming at it from the other side too: Runner, which puts these same agent tools inside Ad Legends, is in early access.
Questions people ask
ChatGPT, Claude (web, Desktop, Cowork and Claude Code), Microsoft 365 Copilot, Grok Bot, Muse, Cursor and Codex. VS Code, Hermes, OpenClaw and other MCP clients can add the same server address as a custom connector.
You can, and you'll get a competent ad that looks a lot like everyone else's. In our study of 400 ads from four leading models, two different models wrote essentially the same headline on 21 of 50 briefs. Ad Legends gives your AI your Brand Memory, a strategy and a brief, and the Legends' judgment, so the ad starts from your brand instead of the average.
Not yet. Ad Legends isn't in ChatGPT's public Plugins directory or Anthropic's Connectors Directory, so you add it yourself: a custom MCP server in ChatGPT, a custom connector in Claude.
Not in chat apps. You sign in to your Ad Legends account and approve access, so there's no key to paste. Command-line tools can use a scoped key minted at /settings/mcp.
It gets about 200 tools. It can build Brand Memory from your website in one call, write three strategic angles and a brief, run an Idea Session with the Legends, send ideas to the Legend Jury, and make Fast Ads you can revise, resize and animate, plus ad kits for Meta, LinkedIn, Google Search, YouTube, TikTok, X and ChatGPT. It calls get_started first, so you don't have to learn the tool names.
No. Media plans are recommendations and never buy media. Social posts come back as drafts that wait for a person. The agent never publishes or schedules them.
